Simply, we DO NOT after-market embroider over pre-made blank caps.  Every piece of the Howard Yale cap is literally made from scratch.  Embroidery occurs at the hat panel construction phase allowing for professional off-set and "close to the edge" stitching.  This creates that special quality "look and feel" that separates an amateur-looking "mall kiosk hat" from a professionally-made "$30" department store  one.

Your custom embroidered hat will be created and spun from the very same factory looms of some of the most recognized fashion and sporting goods retailers in the world (we are not allowed to list).  Your cap will literally be identical in quality to the best luxury, department store brands in the world:

Start with the cloth of each cap panel.  Hundreds of custom colors and materials are available as well as pre-washing.  Let your imagination go wild, or we can help you with our expertise of "what works" in terms of aesthetics and color combinations.

Detailed Embroidery--Proudly, show off your logo front and center with detailed embroidery.
Custom Hat Bills--Bill/Brim customization can include color schemes and even embroidery.
Eyelets and Top Button-- Can be customized with your desired color scheme.
Side Panel Embroidery-- Every panel on the hat is your blank canvas.
